At Next Chapter Leadership Coaching & Training Solutions LLP, our vision is to provide dynamic, results-focused leadership coaching and team development training for forward-thinking organisations. With a career spanning sectors as diverse as healthcare, logistics, and advanced engineering, I’ve dedicated my professional life to unlocking leadership potential and driving meaningful organisational change through executive coaching and leadership coaching. From leading transformational culture and leadership programmes to designing and delivering high-impact, in-company training, including team development training, my work has focused on turning leadership theory into practical, lasting results.
Before co-founding Next Chapter Leadership LLP, I led Leadership and Project Management at Smallpeice Enterprises, where I partnered with leading organisations—such as Rolls Royce, Jaguar Land Rover, MOOG Controls, YASA, VF Northern, and IXICO—to develop bespoke leadership and talent strategies. Prior to that, I held senior roles within NHS University Hospitals and Royal Mail, bringing a practical understanding of leadership in complex, high-pressure environments.
